Rewards are emailed directly to the guest’s email address within 24 hours of confirming of their check-in. All rewards are managed electronically. No rewards are given at the hotel’s front desk.
Please contact Edmonton Best Hotels to cancel your booking (not the hotel). If you want to cancel, contact info@edmh.ca. We will cancel your booking and send you a cancellation number for your records. Please do not cancel directly with the hotel.
Please contact Edmonton Best Hotels at info@edmh.ca and let us know you want to make a date change. Your original booking must be canceled first. You will receive a cancellation number for your records. Then, you must rebook for your new dates. Date changes cannot be made to the original booking. Please note this does not guarantee you will receive the same hotel rate when you rebook for different dates.
Edmonton Best Hotels honours up to 3 consecutive days only. If you check in for three days and then check out and check in the very next day, we consider this a consecutive booking even if it may be at a different hotel.
You cannot make more than one booking under the same name for the same dates. For example, if a guest books a two night stay on April 1 and 2 at a hotel and then makes another two night stay booking for the same dates at the same hotel or another hotel, EBH considers this a double booking and will honour rewards for only one of those bookings. We also note double bookings and contact the guest when this occurs.
Edmonton Best Hotels welcomes repeat business. Some of our guests visit Edmonton every month. There is no limit on the number of bookings a guest can make over the year.
All rewards are sent from the email address EBH Deals deals@ebh.amplomedia.com, and sometimes they will end up in a guest’s spam folder. If it has been over 24 hours since you checked into your hotel and you haven’t received an email in your in-box or your spam folder, please contact info@edmh.ca and we will be happy to check into the status of your reward.
All charges will be charged by the hotel upon checkout, or if the reservation has been deemed a no-show.
